The sale of contact lenses is reserved for customers who have a valid prescription with us or you will need to provide us with a copy of your valid prescription from another eye care professional (Optometrist, Ophthalmologist).
We sell the same original contact lenses that you buy from your eye doctor, optometrist or eye care professional at an affordable price. This site is only recommended for first-time contact lens wearers. By purchasing on our site, you acknowledge having tried the type of contact lens with your eye care professional. If you do not have a valid prescription, your order will be refused and a refund will be issued. If you experience discomfort, pain, or infection while wearing contact lenses, it is recommended to stop wearing them and consult your eye care professional.
We can contact your eye care professional to verify the prescription and the type of contact lenses you usually wear. You understand that Vision Optimum will not be held responsible for any damage to your eyes when you do not follow the recommendations of your eye care professional. By processing and confirming your order and using the lens measurements you entered when placing your online order, you acknowledge that you have the correct parameters provided by your eye care professional. After reading the foregoing, you warrant that you will be solely responsible for the accuracy of the measurements you enter online and that Vision optimum will not be responsible for any errors you make when reading or entering your prescription online or transmitting it by telephone to our customer service staff. You can also email us your prescription to ensure your order is processed immediately, as verification will have been completed upon receipt of your valid contact lens prescription. We prefer that you send us your prescription to ensure the accuracy of your order, that it matches your needs, the morphology of your eyes and to avoid errors.
If you are not a resident of Canada and are placing an order on the Site, you hereby certify that you are in possession of a valid contact lens prescription, issued by a licensed ophthalmologist, from a licensed optometrist located in your country/province/territory of origin, which bears the same exact brand (or private label equivalent) and measurements that you entered when placing your order online. An acknowledgment that you are in fact in possession of such a valid contact lens prescription occurs when you place an order on our website and you hereby accept the terms and conditions
